In 2012, due to popular demand, we started macaron classes, then branched off to do Croissants, and even now teaching a class on the formidable Mille-feuille! Each class is taught by a French-born chef who introduces you to the fine-honed skills of pastry baking: you learn, you have fun, and you leave with your very own delicious creations! Every class lasts 2-2.5 hours including preparation and baking
You will be taught the theory of the pastry by our very own French-born and trained chef.
Each participant will make their very own pastries in a relaxing atmosphere!
Sessions are limited to 8 people only which allows the chef to pay attention for everyone and taking time to answer all questions!
For every session, guests will leave with the pastries they made: 24 macarons or a dozen croissants (including plain, chocolate, and almond) and raw dough.
