After 18 months of baking all of our delicious products at our flagship store at 552 Laguardia Place, it began getting cramped and crowded due to growing production and wholesale orders. We soon realized that we needed to expand in order to meet our customers’ growing demands. Our Mille-feuille staff made the move to the Williamsburg’s Pfizer building. We were able to learn and grow alongside a number of other wonderful food establishments. Now, our Pfizer community is proudly part of the epicenter of Brooklyn’s food production. Overlooking the Manhattan skyline, our pastry chefs have arguably the best view anyone could hope for. Our pastries are baked 20 hours a day by our team of ten bakers, making it possible for us to have our deliveries ready bright and early for each of our stores and for our wholesale customers.
