A REAL HANDS ON SESSION TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CROISSANTS
2h00 to 2h30 hours preparation and baking includes:
Preparation of the dough, the butter, the folding techniques and the baking.
Theory of the croissant
Participants learn under the direction of one of our very own Parisian chefs
Each participant will make her/his own 15 croissants (including plain, chocolate, and almond)
Sessions are limited to 8 students only
We offer discounts for those taking classes with a friend, signing up for multiple classes, or both!
