A REAL HANDS ON SESSION TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CROISSANTS
2h00 to 2h30 hours preparation and baking includes:
Preparation of the dough, the butter, the folding techniques and the baking.
Theory of the croissant and the free bonus with rolling technique for brioche
People enjoy a free hot beverages in a relaxed atmosphere with our very own Parisian chefs
Each participant will make her/his own 15 croissants (including plain, chocolate and almonds) and even a few brioche!
Sessions are limited to 8 students only
We have classes on Saturday morning or afternoon. Book a package of 2 or 3 classes and get a discount!
